Refund policy

 We prioritize customer satisfaction. If your purchase doesn't bring you joy, we provide a 14-day return policy subject to a small restocking fee for most products bought from our store.


Returns Conditions:

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • The return must be handled within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • Sale items are not eligible for a refund.

    Important to note:

    • A restocking fee of 10% will be charged on all returns.
    • Shipping charges are non-refundable, and the cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your refund. Typically, the return shipping label cost is the same amount as your original shipping cost.

      Damages and issues

      Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

      To start a return please follow these steps:

      1. Ensure your item(s) meet the conditions for a return and agree to the terms outlined above. 
      2. Pack the product, including all the accessories, in its original condition and packaging.
      3. Contact us at hello@phiedoodles.com with your order number and reason for the refund.
      4. Our team will review and validate your return. We provide return labels for US orders, while international orders require customers to use their own shipping labels.
      5. Ship the package back to us within 14 days of receipt.
        Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address:

        Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

        Exchanges

        Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

        Refunds

        We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to verify that it meets the conditions for returns. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Any item(s) that do not satisfy the return conditions will be subject to a partial refund or restocking fees up to 50%. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refunds.

        Lost Returns

        If your return item is lost or damaged in transit (due to the courier), please be aware that this situation is beyond our control. It is the sender's responsibility to follow up with the courier in such cases. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item.
