Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive an additional notification once your order has been shipped.


Domestic Shipping

We offer domestic shipping within the United States. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification with a tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery.

International Shipping

Currently, international shipping is not available, but we're really looking forward to bringing this service to you in the near future.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. The cost is determined based on the weight of the package and the destination address. We strive to provide competitive shipping rates to ensure you receive the best value for your purchase.

Shipping Time

The estimated delivery time for domestic orders is typically 3 to 7 business days. However, please note that delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier and your location. We work closely with our shipping partners to minimize any delays and provide accurate delivery estimates.

Order status

Once you placed your order, you will receive an email order confirmation with a link to track your order status. 

Order Cancellation

We are unable to cancel or modify an order once it has been processed. If you placed an order by mistake or need to make changes, please reach out to us within 4 hours after placing the order. Contact us with your order details at hello@phiedoodles.com or via our live chat feature.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery. Simply click on the provided link or visit our website and enter the tracking number in the designated tracking tool.

Order Cut-off Times

Orders made on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays will be processed on the following Monday or the next business day if there are holidays.

Holiday Delays

During the holidays, there might be delays in your shipment due to high volumes. Please use the provided tracking to monitor your package's location.


Shipping to Multiple Addresses

You may only ship to one address per order. If you require shipping to multiple locations, please place separate orders. For bulk orders please contact us at hello@phiedoodles.com

Damaged Orders

We strive to ensure your item arrives in perfect condition. However, if, by any chance, your product arrives damaged, please contact us. We are committed to resolving this issue and recommend keeping all packaging and damaged products for our investigation.

Late Orders

If your item doesn't arrive within the expected delivery time, please review the tracking information to find the package's location and expected arrival. If there's an issue with the delivery process, address it promptly with the shipping courier. You may reach out to the courier for more details and expected delivery times.

If you haven’t received your order within 8 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@phiedoodles.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Lost Orders

Occasionally, packages may be left at your door or for pickup at your local post office. Kindly search your home for any packages or notices on your order tracking.

In the unlikely event that the courier lost your package, please contact us at hello@phiedoodles.com. We will open a claim with the courier and determine where your package went. This will normally take 7-14 days to investigate. In the event, they deem the package lost, we will resolve your order with either a replacement or refund.

Invalid Address, Return to Sender

If your address is invalid or incomplete, leading to the inability to process your order, we reserve the right to cancel and refund your order. We will attempt to contact you for the correct address. Please expect delays in such cases as we cannot proceed with shipping.

In the event your item is returned to us, only the product value will be refunded; the shipping cost is non-refundable, as it covers the expenses incurred when sending the item to you.

Address Changes & Redirecting An Order

Regrettably, we are unable to modify your shipping address once the order has been shipped. We suggest contacting us promptly if you wish to change the address before the shipment.

Once the shipment is in transit or has been delivered, it becomes your responsibility to retrieve the item from the designated location. We are unable to forward or redirect the item at that point.
